• • Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• • Once the item has been handed over to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. Cancellations

⚠ Important: After an order is submitted, processing begins immediately and cancellations are not possible.

4. Returns

• ✓ Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date.
• ✓ Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• ✓ Some items, such as those on sale, may be ineligible for return.

5. Delayed Orders

• • In the event of a processing delay, customers may cancel their order for a full refund.
• • Shipping provider delays are not the responsibility of Volcanic Cult.
• • For shipping delays, please first contact the shipping carrier for updates.

6. Damaged Orders

• • Volcanic Cult is not liable for lost or damaged products once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
• • If your item arrives damaged, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• ✗ We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• • The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) restricts certain items from air shipment in the U.S.
• • Unauthorized items may require alternative shipping methods.
